iCompMan is an online, fully integrated, software solution aimed at providing comprehensive management and administrative tools for sport organizations. It is a proven and well established software successfully used in Australia for the past 14 years.
Whilst the software was developed primarily for the soccer/football market, its design philosophy lends itself to be applied to other team sports such as rugby, basketball, volleyball and netball to mention a few.
The Membership Management module provides tools for managing registrations of players, coaches, manager, referees, etc. There is no limit as to the registration types/categories. Apart from maintaining basic data such as names, addresses, registration numbers etc. you can also take photos for registration cards from within the application, print your own registration cards etc. The module is seamlessly integrated with the CompMan Online Members Self-Registrations application. Registration data can also be imported into iCompMan from external systems.
Online Members Self-Registrations
This is an extension of our Membership Management module offering your members to self-register online including online payments of registration fees.
This module is arguably the flagship of the iCompMan online solution. A comprehensive suite of configuration parameters and business rules enable users to apply their specific requirements to the generation of draws. Our sophisticated automated Draw Generator takes pain out of draw creation. Its built-in draw algorithm can handle any number of teams and rounds. User definable draw templates module enable users to create their own competition schedule patterns replacing the built-in draw algorithm. Generated draws can be published on internet via the CompMan iData module.
Results maintenance is an important part of competition management. We offer a couple of different ways to record not only results but also offences. One of the tools is called CompMan iMatchSheets and it was developed to record match results and other details in real time using mobile devices such as iPads and other tablets. Irrespective of the method used, point tables are updated in real time, hence they are always up to date.
Similar to the results maintenance, our Offences module enable users to record all offences, apply suspension rules and more.
The Judiciary module provides tools for scheduling disciplinary committees' meetings and the maintenance of meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Main features include scheduling various meeting committees such as Protests & Disputes, Judiciary and other. The program automatically creates meeting agendas based on data entries in the Offences module. Meeting Agenda items can also be created manually. The outcome of a meeting can be recorded and Meeting Minutes printed as required.
Throughout the entire iCompMan system users can utilize our Messaging module to communicate with their members as well as public by either email or mobile text messages (SMS).
Draws, results, point tables and ground closures data is made available to the public via the CompMan iData web page which can be easily embedded in any website framework. The interface between the iData and the Competition Management modules is fully automated and govern by data rules and parameters set by individual iCompMan system administrators. Visitors to the CompMan iData page can create their own list of teams ('favourites') they wish to follow. If used then the default data display includes only the 'favourites' teams.
The iSMS module offers the public, parents, players, coaches etc. to subscribe to our CompMan alert mobile text messaging service. This service sends out regular weekly 'next match' reminders. It also alerts subscribers of any changes/cancelation of their matches as they happen. The subscription form is available on the public CompMan iData web page
